Class of 2019 safety Tyler Scott says he favors Louisville for the time being. Stanford recently requested Scott’s transcripts recently and the underclassman hopes for an offer from the Cardinal in the near future. Scott, who grew up a Florida fan, plans to visit Tennessee, UF, Duke and others this offseason.

Al Blades knows his family lineage dictates most people think he’ll land at Miami eventually, but the Rivals100 defensive back says he hopes to visit Tennessee and UCLA in the months ahead. Blades says the Vols’ recent hire of his former high school coach, Kevin Beard, has given Tennessee a boost when it comes to pursuing his commitment.

Four-star wide receiver Dominick Watt says Florida and Tennessee lead his recruitment. He plans to visit USF, UCF, Florida and Florida State in June but has yet to set dates. Watt seems to be a Florida lean but that could change as he explores college campuses this fall.

Four-star wide receiver Kevin Austin will visit Notre Dame on April 21. Austin says he’s familiar with “the Notre Dame culture” but hopes to learn more about the program during his visit. Austin names a top eight of USC, Notre Dame, Miami, Duke, Florida, Ohio State, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Linebacker Robert Hicks, a one-time Auburn commit, says Louisville and Oregon currently lead his recruitment. He hopes to visit Louisville, Georgia, Florida and Western Kentucky this spring. Hicks claims not to be concerned about the distance issue a college career at Oregon presents.

Naples (Fla.) tight end George Takacs says his recruitment is down to Florida, Georgia, Notre Dame and Wisconsin. Takacs has visited all three programs aside from Notre Dame. He intends to tour Notre Dame next weekend and will commit prior to his senior season.

Class of 2019 Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) University School defensive back Joshua Sanguinetti is still in the process of collecting offers but said Ohio State continues to be a school that is standing out. The Buckeyes have sold the number of players they’ve put in the NFL in recent years and Sanguinetti said he’s well aware and impressed. His next plan is to visit Columbus, something he said will likely happen in the summer. Upcoming trips to Florida State and Miami are also in the works.

Class of 2018 Naples (Fla.) Palmetto Ridge running back Demarus Townsend continues to collect offers and said Arkansas is among his most notable as of late. The Hawgs coaches are selling him on the school’s tradition of producing running backs and the run-heavy offense is something that he said appeals to him. Up next is a plan to visit Fayetteville.

Class of 2019 linebacker Mikel Jones recently visited Georgia and said the Dawgs made quite an impression while he was on campus. According to him, he was one of the few 2019 prospects that the coaches paid special attention to at the event, something that made him feel like a priority. Now Georgia is firmly in the mix for Jones, along with Clemson, West Virginia and a few other schools.

Class of 2019 wide receiver John Dunmore picked up an offer from Florida last month and the Gators quickly jumped to the top of his list of options. Dunmore said he already has connections with several players on the Gators roster and is looking forward to seeing their offense continue to evolve in the 2017 season. He’s planning on visiting Gainesville sometime next month to get an up close look at the program.
