Buckeyes hit it big with 2018 quarterback Emory Jones

The Buckeyes are back at it again in the class of 2018 and it is a big one with the verbal pledge by quarterback Emory Jones out of Franklin (Ga.). He is the second commit for Ohio State's class of 2018 and continues a tremendous run of quarterbacks by the Buckeyes that includes Dwayne Haskins, Tate Martell and Danny Clark in previous years.

The 6-foot-4, 179-pounder selected the Buckeyes over a list of finalists that included Tennessee, Clemson and Georgia. Jones had emerged as one of the hottest names in the quarterback ranks for the class of 2018, a year that will show a tremendous amount of depth in terms of signal callers.
